Katherine Huang is a Geologist In Training based out of Alberta, Canada. She completed her MSc. Geology with a specialization in geothermal energy from the University of Iceland in 2019. Her thesis was a geochemical assessment of thermal waters at Mount Meager, British Columbia. Since graduating, Katherine has worked on the Alberta No. 1 geothermal project near Grande Prairie, Alberta, working on geological assessments for study areas and potential project locations. She recently trained for wellsite geology on the Clarke Lake Geothermal Project in northeast British Columbia.
