Geothermal Rising has negotiated a special block specifically for our event attendees. All conference attendees should make every effort to stay at the official event hotel. Supporting the official hotel room block provides staff support to resolve hotel reservation disputes; ensures attendees receive all applicable discounts and materials; and, assists GR in maintaining affordable, quality programming. 

The conference hotel group rate is $189 single/double per night (plus applicable taxes). 

Click here to make a reservation and receive the special hotel group rate. The deadline for hotel reservations is Wednesday, September 8, 2021. After this date, the hotel will only accept reservations at the group rate based on space availability. 

All changes and cancellations should be communicated directly to the hotel. Rooms cancelled less than 72 hours from the scheduled arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night, plus applicable taxes. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
