Mr. Hernandez has worked in geothermal energy development for over a decade and participated in numerous geothermal projects in North America, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean. He has supervised field exploration surveys and geothermal drilling projects and has presented lectures and professional papers at various geothermal conferences, including several in North and South America, and East Africa. He has a deep understanding of geothermal risks and their mitigation, environmental issues, and the overall process of geothermal project development. Mr. Hernandez has leveraged his unique background in the entertainment industry and his dynamic presentation style when delivering technical talks to a wide range of audiences (multi-lateral banks, government agencies and private developers and investors), and he actively promotes the benefits of geothermal energy as an active and proud member of Geothermal Rising (formerly Geothermal Resources Council).
