Jennifer graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. She continued her education in Structural Engineering at Virginia Tech. She has 10 years of extensive experience with the design and management of complex structural projects. Recently, she was the lead designer and Project Manager for the Houston Ship Channel Bridge, North Approach, a major capital project.
