Ben Burke is the Chief Technology Officer of Transitional Energy. Based in Aurora, Colorado, Transitional Energy seeks to reuse existing oil and gas infrastructure for geothermal power generation and direct use. Prior to co-founding Transitional Energy, Ben had a 15 year career in the oil and gas industry working US-based and international projects and 3 years in the environmental consulting industry, working as a geoscientist in both capacities. He holds an AB from Bowdoin College in Geology and Russian Language, a MBA from Texas A&M University, and a PhD from Dartmouth College in Earth Sciences.
