Santiago Rocha holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the Universidad de America and recently graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a MS in Petroleum Engineering, where he researched Geothermal Reservoir Simulation. His thesis work evaluated the feasibility of Closed-Loop Geothermal applications using oil and gas software while recommending the minimum requirements to make this concept applicable for electricity generation and direct use applications. Santiago is currently working on renewable applications over the US such as hydrogen production, carbon capture, and renewable natural gas.
